In the following portfolio I will present my experience in the world of teaching, weaknesses, strengths and things to improve to be better every day.
My teaching philosophy
I consider my teaching philosophy as the approach of a set of values and knowledge that I seek to inculcate in my students through a joint construction, rescuing the particular interests of each of the members of the group in order to achieve a socializing knowledge.
In addition to achieving the highest level of learning, my goals propose to develop a pleasant work environment with respect, participation, honesty, and consistency among the participants: that way the student will obtain a meaningful learning that is, said learning will remain in time allowing Thus, it will be the basis for new learning as well as an essential input for solving problems. For me, the teaching must be of quality but at the same time pleasant, interesting and above all with a high degree of practical application. As a teacher, I seek to motivate students, I want them to visualize the importance of the subject they are studying, which will improve not only their professional but also personal development.
Teaching my profession is to highlight the most important aspects of economic analysis in order to understand, transform and improve the environment in which we as individuals develop and confirm a certain type of society.
For me, a teacher must be concerned about the degree of learning of his students making sure that the techniques used are the most appropriate for that group or for that group member, also, he must ensure that the student can express their concerns regarding their expectations or requirements that the course has for its formation. In this way, the student will cooperate in the construction of a better course since with this he assumes to commit himself with what was agreed together for the benefit of the group.
My philosophy seeks to cover the differential that we commonly observe between the knowledge transferred to students and their capacity to retain it for not finding any significance, that is, for not finding it useful either to solve problems or to explain the reality of everyday events.
The knowledge is significant when it says something to the student, it means the possibility of solving a problem or understanding a problem and being able to devise the solution.
Finally, my philosophy requires me to put a high interest in the learning of each of my students and deepen the topics in order to help everyone even if some do not require such depth.
My beliefs about my teaching
One of my beliefs about my teaching is that I consider important in the classroom the motivation of my students, since a motivated student learns and for the classes are not boring but meaningful, for this it is necessary to include teaching strategies and dynamics using the tics.

What I learned about teaching speaking skills
What I learned about teaching speaking skills is that I present weaknesses in this skill that I must practice more speaking, all the more this ability many students do not practice or are afraid to talk to the tutor for the way they treat them, try to give them confidence that they express themselves and let fear talk to break that barrier, seek to motivate them as it is the most important thing. This is a skill that is learned through practice.
What I learned about teaching in online environments
What I learned about teaching online environments is that it is based on the use of tics and their good use and use of all the tools. a teaching that allowed me to have more knowledge about technological advances and their inclusion in education, meet great people and students.
My principles about teaching speaking online

These two lesson plans I liked because they were very successful, especially it was notorious that the students learned they were motivated during the class, it was a very active class, everyone participated.
Two sample lesson plans that were particularly difficult and why
In really , only one lesson plan was dicifile because he did not have much knowledge about the subject and it was complicated to explain a topic of which he did not have as much control as was the subject of quantifiers.
Another lesson plan that was a bit complicated was comparative and superlative because it was a very difficult topic for them, they were confused, I had to find several ways to explain the topic that was understandable.

The activities and materials that were used during the class were actually very good in the production and practice stage. The materials and activities that were carried out during the class were successful, the results of the students were seen in the description of the family, they used correct vocabulary and seen in class in the lesson, the results were good and the materials and activities were successful. Reflecting on how I have developed since I started teaching and advising future students online was an unforgettable experience, as well as enriching because I learned to use tools using tics.
to be a teacher is not something simple, because to achieve it, we have to do an analysis that goes and continues in progress and see me from my beginnings to what I have now, therefore, I want to address this issue making a bit of reference to what I live in each of my interventions; when planning, when starting up my activities, and the new knowledge acquired on some methodologies. likewise, I want to rescue the confrontation of problems or difficulties that arise within the practice.
Something I have learned during the development of my teaching is a lesson plan is fundamental to a successful lesson because through this the teachers can determine the goals and goals that we want to achieve. Designing a lesson gives us confidence, it also serves to share our knowledge and experience of our educational work, it also allows us to anticipate possible problems and is prepared to face them. It is important to design a lesson because in preparing it we can gain a deeper understanding of the subject to be presented to the apprentices and at the same time we give answers to the questions they present.
Reflecting on my teaching can see some things to improve a continuous evaluation of the progresses and difficulties I have to improve my ability of speaking looking for new strategies to develop it. this course helped me to lot to recognize some weaknesses previously mentioned that will improve a lot in order to give my students the best teaching. A course in which you can not only interact with the students but with the other parties and be informed and updated.
